Maca Powder Latte

Replace coffee with our energy-infused Maca Powder Latte

You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and you really just don’t want to get out of bed? We’ve all been there.

For a lot of us, that extra push comes from a morning coffee. We have nothing against a hot cup of coffee, but if you’re the type of person that’s making their third cup by noon, you might want to consider reducing your intake.

Drinking too much coffee can contribute to caffeine dependency. Too much caffeine can affect your sleeping patterns, increase anxiety and even alter mood1. It also acts as a temporary solution to low energy rather than confronting the root cause.

Low energy can be the result of a number of factors including poor diet, lack of quality sleep, food allergies or low iron levels. Making simple changes like eating a healthy diet and reducing your coffee intake, is a great place to start that can help you to feel more alert over time.

There are a lot of great options for caffeine alternatives. You could try herbal teas, chicory or dandelion coffee substitutes or our favourite choice, a maca lattes.

Our Maca Powder Latte is a warm cinnamon infused drink that makes you feel energized from the inside out.

Maca powder a Peruvian root, commonly referred to as an adaptogen. It helps to promote a healthy mood balance, promote sexual health, and infuse your drink with antioxidants.
