A critical part of Organika’s promise of quality, purity and potency begins between the product development and manufacturing stage, where the purest raw materials are sourced for the creation of each Organika product. Organika’s purchasing department combs the world for raw materials that will provide the safest and most effective health products.
Because this step is crucial for creating consistently high-quality products, this is also the stage where Organika’s strict testing process begins. The meticulous testing of raw materials is to ensure a product’s purity before it is moved to manufacturing process.
Truth In A Bottle.TM
“Truth in a Bottle” is the product transparency from manufacturer to consumer that allows for an honest understanding of ingredients sourced, product benefits, and processing standards. Truth, is the information that every consumer needs to make an educated decision for their health – which is exactly what Organika stands for.
It is Organika®’s guarantee that every bottle contains ingredients sourced from the purest raw materials to provide the safest and most potent health products. Every raw material of the company is tested and Good Manufacturing Practices are certified to maintain quality, purity, and potency. In addition to being a GMP facility, Organika® is a member in good standing of the True Label program, undergoing random inspections to test product ingredients against label claims, to ensure that products maintain efficacy and safety.
Quality refers to the grade and efficacy of the product. We ensure quality by adhering to cGMP standards for production, ISO 9001 certification for quality product management, as well as testing every raw material used in the facility in order to create the best possible product.
Purity refers to products in our line that are free of contaminants. This is ensured by Organika®‘s facilities adhering to the highest standards of quality control and assurance, and being a part of the True Label program.
Potency is a measure of product strength and dosage; Organika thoroughly analyzes the potency of incoming raw materials and quality of packaging supplies. In-process inspections include verification of sample specifications and compliance of equipment operation limits. Before each product is released to the consumer, they are checked for all applicable testing parameters set forward by Health Canada.
Organic Certified Facility
Organika’s facility undergoes testing, detection methods, inspection and audits in order to verify certification. We operate under Canadian Organic Standards to protect the natural health market against false claims and to assist retailers and customers in making informed supplement choices.
A Proud Canadian Company
From the beginning, Organika has been a proudly Canadian, privately owned and operated company, positively impacting the health of people around the world.
Due to the growing popularity of natural health products, Health Canada reformatted health product evaluation. Now, once Health Canada assesses a product and has decided it is safe, effective and of high quality, it issues a product license and an eight-digit Natural Product Number (NPN). Organika® offers over 540 NPN licensed products.
ISO 9001 Certified Company
Organika follows a stringent set of organizational procedures required by the International Organization for Standardization. This certification is recognized worldwide and prescribes a standard that meets the needs and expectations of every customer. We uphold the Eight Quality Management Principles of ISO 9001 Certification including customer focus, leadership, continual improvement, and mutually beneficial supplier relations.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification maximizes the safety and efficacy of the natural health products Organika manufactures and distributes. We are regularly inspected on premises, equipment, sanitation, raw materials, packaging materials and finished products. As a team, every branch of Organika is committed to the high standards of quality control and quality assurance that GMP incorporates. Products are only released after all applicable testing has been confirmed.
