Let’s not forget that bone broth also allows you to add your favourite ingredients, like herbs and veggies, so it can satisfy your taste palette.

Here are some of our favourite recipes for bone broth with flavours representing Italy, India, and Thailand.

Your Broth Your Way - Organika's Bone Broth Protein Powder in an Italian style soup.

Italian Style

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp Organika’s Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 12 oz hot water
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian spice mix
  • 1/2 celery, chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, chopped
  • 1/2 cup rotini pasta, cooked
  • 1-2 bay leaves, add while steeping

DIRECTIONS

  • Layer your mason jar, soup container, or any type of reusable food storage container starting at the top of the list being added first.
  • Store for up to 3 days.
  • When ready, set aside any garnishes from container and add 12-16 oz of boiling water to the mixture. Let sit for 3-5 minutes and then stir before adding the garnish back in.

Indian Style

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS

  • Layer your mason jar, soup container, or any type of reusable food storage container starting at the top of the list being added first.
  • Store for up to 3 days.
  • When ready, set aside any garnishes from container and add 12-16 oz of boiling water to the mixture. Let sit for 3-5 minutes and then stir before adding the garnish back in.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp Organika’s Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 12 oz hot water
  • 1/4 cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Red Thai Curry Paste
  • 1/2 cups of Rice Noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 of a Red Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 squeeze of lime juice
  • cilantro, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Store for up to 3 days.
