When summer comes around, we love being outdoors going on a hike or going to the beach, but when we don’t take care of our skin, our skin can turn out dry. Treat yourself to a spa day with a DIY face mask that will replenish the much-needed moisture with our Vitality Aloe & Honey Face Mask!

Matcha has been around for nearly a thousand years and used today’s modern society. Matcha is an excellent alternative to coffee as it contains a lot of natural caffeine. It’s full of antioxidants that are great for your body inside and out! It also contains chlorophyll which helps detox the skin, clear acne, as well as fight off free radicals that factors to aging!

Collagen has been the talk of the health industry in the past few years. It is essential as it is the most abundant form of protein in our bodies. We can find collagen in various places like our joints, bones, hair, skin, and nails. As we age, the initial collagen in our bodies slowly decline, so taking in collagen will help replenish your youthful looking skin.

Aloe is another great moisturizing agent for the skin that also fights acne and heals burns. Aloe is an excellent natural treatment to treat burned skin from being overexposed to the sun.

Honey is not only a sweet alternative to artificial sugars, but it’s also great for the skin! It’s also full of antioxidants which helps slowing down the aging process. It also helps moisturize the skin, so it remains soft and hydrated.
