This Easy Ginger Coconut Rice is full of flavour that goes perfectly with almost any meal. Not only is it easy to make, but it’s also full of nutritional benefits with it’s Ginger Chicken Bone Broth!
Use a deep sided pot and spread the coconut oil all over the bottom of the pot. Put the rice, organic coconut milk, water, and bone broth powder in the pot. Then set the heat to medium to medium-high, and stir occasionally to avoid rice from sticking to pot and burning.
As soon as the coconut liquid starts to bubble slightly, lower the heat to low or medium-low so the water can still simmer.
This recipe goes great with INDIAN CHICKEN CURRY WITH BONE BROTH TURMERIC OR THAI VEGAN STEW
