Healthy Fruit Gelatin Gummies

Need a fun and easy-to-make gummy recipe that you’ll enjoy. Not only do we have one, but we have three more gummy recipes for you to try out! These Healthy Fruit Gelatin Gummies comes in three flavours: Relaxing Raspberry, Just Peachy, and Charcoal Lemonade! These gut-healing gelatin gummies will be something your body will be thankful for.


EASY | prep time: 5 MINS | TOTAL time: 35 mins | Serves 24 Gummy bears (each flavour)

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the juice/tea and honey/lemon over medium heat until steaming hot. Make sure it is not boiling.
  2. Lower the heat to the lowest setting. Stir in additional ingredients (stevia liquid or activated charcoal) until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Whisk in the bovine gelatin into the mixture (one tablespoon at a time), making sure that the gelatin is fully dissolved before adding more.
  4. Once the gelatin has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat and use the dropper to pour the mixture into the gummy moulds.
  5. Put the trays into the refrigerator to firm. If you are using smaller sized gummy moulds, it should only take 15-20 minutes for them to solidify enough to pop them out.
  6. Store gummies in a sealed container in the fridge and repeat for the other flavours! The gummies should last for about 4-5 days if stored properly.
