Easy Ginger Coconut Rice:

Makes 4 servings
- 2 cups Thai Jasmine Rice
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 2 cups Organic coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon organic coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Organika Ginger Chicken Bone Broth powder
Use a deep sided pot and spread the coconut oil all over the bottom of the pot. Put the rice, organic coconut milk, water, and bone broth powder in the pot. Then set the heat to medium to medium-high, and stir occasionally to avoid rice from sticking to pot and burning.
As soon as the coconut liquid starts to bubble slightly, lower the heat to low or medium-low so the water can still simmer.
