Coconut milk: This plant-based milk is the base for all of our Mylk Lattes. A rich source of lauric acid, coconut milk promotes heart health, helping decrease bad cholesterol levels.

Cardamom: A warm spice with anti-inflammatory properties.

Cinnamon: Fragrant and sweet, it is known for blood sugar control.

Black pepper: Adding heat and depth to the blend, it also helps with digestive issues.

Ginger: Sharp and aromatic, this root soothes gastrointestinal distress.

Maca root: Also known as Peruvian ginseng, it helps balance stress and provides and increases energy levels.

Reishi mushroom: A potent stress reducer with immunity-supporting properties.

Coconut milk powder, Organic gelatinized maca powder, Prebiotic fibre (90% isomalto-oligosaccharide), Organic adaptogen blend (organic reishi mushroom powder, organic lion’s mane mushroom powder, organic ashwagandha root powder), Coconut palm sugar, Cardamon powder, Cinnamon powder, Himalayan pink salt, Black pepper.

HOW TO USE:

Mix 4 levelled teaspoons (~12.5 g) in 150 ml of hot or cold water, milk, or your favourite non-dairy beverage.
