Just to try these out I started with 1 capsule on nights where I am anxious or I have a lot of energy and it does it trick! I try to listen to my body so I don't take them every night however on nights I do they work great and I wake up feeling well rested! I also love how clean the ingredients are! I feel very comfortable taking them.

I can fall asleep, but have a hard time staying asleep. I took this and honestly slept through the night. I haven't used it for very long yet and hope it continues to be that effective. I don't plan on relying on it every night, but when I know I need to get a good night's sleep I am going to rely on this. Wow.
