Healthy Frozen Hot Chocolate

Whipped Topping Ingredients (optional)

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave (medium power, not high), stirring every 20 seconds
Once melted, add Chocolate Enhanced Collagen powder, sweetener, and stir until everything is well blended
Slowly stir in the milk until smooth
Cool to room temperature
While cooling, make the whipped topping (optional). Combine the coconut cream, Superbrew Creamer or Enhanced Collagen Boost, sweetener and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer to mix for about 2 minutes, or until it resembles a fluffy, whipped-cream consistency. Set the bowl in the refrigerator to chill.
In a blender, add your chocolate mixture and ice - blend well

Pour into a glass, add your topping and fill your health bucket without sacrificing your cravings.
