What are methylated B vitamins and are all the B vitamins methylated?

Methylated B vitamins refer to the active form of B vitamins. These are the forms that our body can directly use without the need to convert them. This could be useful to individuals who have a hard time converting non-methylated forms. Not all B vitamins are methylated, some examples such as Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin) do not need to be in their methylated form, as our body can absorb these in their unmethylated form. For our product, our vitamin B12 is methylated (methylcobalamin).

What benefits do methylated B12 and folate provide over other forms?

In general, these are the active forms so our body can use them immediately. People who have genetic mutations can use these for better absorption and bioavailability.

How quickly can I feel an energy boost after taking this product?

This is mainly a B complex capsule which focuses primarily on B vitamins. With the sprinkle of vitamin C, this can aid absorption of certain B vitamins such as folate. Vitamin C can also act as a co-regulator with some B vitamins. It can contribute towards antioxidant activity, bioavailability rate, or support essential bodily functions.

What is the best time of day to take this product for optimal results?

Do I need to take these with or without food?

Though it isn't mentioned, it would be better to take with food for optimal absorption. Since B vitamins are water-soluble, taking them with food (fat and fiber) can enhance absorption time.
