Key electrolytes, such as sodium, magnesium, and potassium need to be in balance. These powerhouse minerals play significant roles in the body including energy metabolism, muscle and heart health, immunity and bone development.

Diets too low in sodium (such as keto, paleo and low-carb) have an elevated need for key electrolytes. Athletes that sweat heavily also require more key electrolytes. It's vital to have a perfect ionic balance of salts in the body so that you can metabolize nutrients, maximize energy, and recharge your health.

Sodium: Important for nerve impulses, muscle contraction and maintaining the proper balance of water and minerals in and around your cells (blood volume).

Potassium: Supports muscle contractions and nerve signals.

Magnesium: Supports bone health, muscle and nerve function, helps regulate blood pressure, plays a role in tissue and muscle formation, health of the immune system, and blood sugar regulation.

Fruit punch: Sodium chloride, Citric acid, Natural fruit punch flavour, Magnesium citrate, Potassium citrate, Carrot and hibiscus concentrate (for colour), Stevia extract.

Lemon Lime: Sodium chloride, Citric acid, Natural lemon lime flavour, Magnesium citrate, Potassium citrate, Spirulina and apple concentrate (for colour), Stevia extract, Beta-carotene (for colour).

Add 1 scoop (3.5 g) into 500 mL of water, shake or stir well. Take 1 serving per day.

Q: Why is there 1000 mg sodium? Isn’t that too much?  
A: The product is designed to replenish minerals that are lost during elongated high intensity workouts that result in large amounts of sweat, and thereby a loss of minerals. 

Q: What does soluble corn fibre mean?
A:  It is the Resistent Maltodextrin fibre. It is good for digestion as it acts as a prebiotic fibre, it also helps soften the flavour profile. On the label, it is combined with “natural flavours” in the ingredient list. 

Q: Can I take more than one scoop a day?
A: It’s not recommended due to the higher sodium content. You do not want to go above your daily maximums. 

Q: Can I add this to hot beverage like tea?
A: Yes, the minerals are stable at hot temperatures. If you are using this warm, it is recommended to ensure you are getting enough Vitamin C from other sources, since Vitamin C can be heat sensitive.
