Well, it may not be an actual island retreat, our Green Island Retreat Smoothie is a fresh and healthy way to start off your morning. Loaded with tropical flavours from fresh mango, fresh banana, lime juice and coconut water, this smoothie tastes like a vacation. We also snuck in a veggie with some fresh spinach, that helps make this smoothie a beautiful vibrant green colour – but don’t worry, you really can’t taste it!
Upgraded with some power packed foods, we added Organika Organic Spirulina Powder, a great source of plant based protein, iron and antioxidants. We also used some Organika Organic Gelatinized Maca Powder, to help balance our moods and our hormones. And last but not least, we added our favourite collagen protein powder, Enhanced Collagen Powder. Enhanced Collagen is a hydrolyzed collagen powder sourced from grass-fed cows that is rich in amino acids and protein. It’s easily digestible, blends well, sugar free, and virtually tasteless.
