Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide within Canada.
All online orders are shipped out of our facilities in Richmond, BC, Canada.
How long should I expect to wait for my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.
From there, it depends on where you are located! We ship all orders under Canada Post’s Expedited Parcels service.

How much will I need to pay for shipping?
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders $35 or more after discount before taxes.
A shipping fee of $9.99 applies for all orders under $35.

For unopened product, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product name and the reason for your return. A return slip will be mailed to you, and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.*
If you have opened/tried a product and are unhappy with it, please email email@example.com within 60 days of receipt. Send your order number, product name, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will be issued an e-gift card to Organika.com within 7-10 business days of your return being accepted.*
Purchases from Retailers or Other Websites
Many of our retail partners will accept returns with proof of purchase. If you wish to return a product, we advise contacting the original retailer first. If you are unable to return your Organika product to the original retailer, our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your proof of purchase and reason for your dissatisfaction. Once your return is accepted, an e-Gift Card to Organika.com will be issued in the amount equivalent to the price of the product on Organika.com. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds are not available for purchases made at retailers or websites other than Organika.com.*

- A maximum of 1 return of any product will be accepted from any individual. All return requests are considered at the discretion of Organika Health Products Inc. Organika reserves the right to decline any refund request if fraud or abuse is suspected.
- If 60 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
- Shipping or handling charges are not refundable.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do you accept order cancellations?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 604-277-3302 ext. 239 if you have any questions.
