Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide within Canada.

All online orders are shipped out of our facilities in Toronto, ON, Canada.

How long should I expect to wait for for my order?

We are pleased to offer 2-3 days express shipments to all metropolitan centres, Canada wide. Note that some rural areas may require additional shipping windows. Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed.

How much will I need to pay for shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders $49 or more after discounts and before taxes.

A shipping fee of $9.99 applies for all orders under $49.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

At Organika, we believe in making products that will exceed your expectations. We test every one of our batches for quality so we may stand confidently behind them. Try any product at Organika.com for up to 60 days worry-free. If you are not happy with it, our Customer Experience Team (care@organika.com) will be happy help!*

What is Your Returns Policy?

Purchases from Organika.com

Try any product at Organika.com worry-free for up to 60 days. 

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept a return within 60 days of a receipt.  

For unopened products:

Please email care@organika.com with your order number, product name and the reason for your return. A return slip will be mailed to you, and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned product. 

For opened/tried products:

Please email care@organika.com with your order number, product name, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will be issued an e-gift card to Organika.com within 7-10 business days of your return being accepted. 

If you have purchased an Organika product from a retailer, you will need to contact the vendor or retailer that you purchased the product from, as they will have their own return policy.  

If you are unable to return your Organika product to the original retailer, our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help. Email care@organika.com with your proof of purchase and reason for your dissatisfaction.  

All clearance items are final sales. For any other order inquiries please contact care@organika.com

Please note: Organika reserves the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, or not be eligible, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.  


Do you accept order cancellations?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed.
