- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of Organika Relax Collagen
- Sweetener to taste (I added agave)
- Juice a beet and 1-inch nub of ginger
- Warm 1 cup of milk with 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tbsp of Organika relax collagen.
- You can froth the milk in a blender
