Ingredients
How-to
  1. In a large microwave-safe mug, beat the egg with a fork until uniform.  
  2. Add rest of wet ingredients and stir to combine. 
  3. Stir Chocolate Enhanced Collagen and add salt.  
  4. Cut up FÄV Peanut Butter Cups into quarters and add them to the top of the batter. 
  5. Microwave the mug cake for 60-90seconds (about 1 and a half minutes).  
  6. Serve immediately.
