Chocolate Peanut Butter Collagen Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp tahini
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons Chocolate Enhanced Collagen
- ½ tsp instant coffee powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 FÄV Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups with Enhanced Collagen (optional)
How-to
- In a large microwave-safe mug, beat the egg with a fork until uniform.
- Add rest of wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- Stir Chocolate Enhanced Collagen and add salt.
- Cut up FÄV Peanut Butter Cups into quarters and add them to the top of the batter.
- Microwave the mug cake for 60-90seconds (about 1 and a half minutes).
