Summertime is the best time to go out and explore the outdoors! It's essential to have enough energy to get through a hike, so try out this easy-to-make Matcha Cacao Energy Bars. It's infused with our Enhanced Collagen Vitality and Maca+Cacao to give you that boost that your body needs to conquer any hike.

Matcha Cacao Energy Bars

Serves 12-15



  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together water and flax seed. Set aside for a few minutes.
  3. In a blender, put the oats, almonds, and cashews and pulse until fine.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the blended mixture (step 3) with the shredded coconut, maca+cacao, collagen matcha, chia seeds and salt.
  5. In a medium bowl, mash together the banana and avocado. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, and flax seed mix. Stir until well combined.
  6. Pour the banana mix into the oats and mix well. Put the mixture into the baking pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  7. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack.
  8. Once cool, cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Can be stored for up 5 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
