No-Bake Chocolate Vegan Hazelnut Bars

Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups hazelnuts or almonds
- 2/3 cup organic oats
- 1/3 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 4 tbsp Organika's Enhanced Collagen (optional)
- 6 pitted Medjool dates, soaked
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread hazelnuts on baking sheet, toast for 8mins. Then, pulse hazelnuts and oats in blended for 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients until combined.
- Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, use hands to press bars into place, melt chocolate and smooth on top then place in freezer for 10mins.
