No-Bake Chocolate Vegan Hazelnut Bars

No-Bake Chocolate Vegan Hazelnut Bars

Gluten-Free | Vegan

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups hazelnuts or almonds
  • 2/3 cup organic oats
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 tbsp Organika's Enhanced Collagen (optional)
  • 6 pitted Medjool dates, soaked
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
* If the mixture is dry, add a couple tbsp of milk until it comes together.

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread hazelnuts on baking sheet, toast for 8mins. Then, pulse hazelnuts and oats in blended for 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients until combined.
  • Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, use hands to press bars into place, melt chocolate and smooth on top then place in freezer for 10mins.
