Spirulina Protein Pops
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Organic Spirulina Powder
- 2 tbsp Enhanced Collagen Vitality
- 1 ½ cup milk or milk alternative (vanilla oat milk is delicious for these)
- 1 cup green seedless grapes
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- Popsicle mold
How-to
- Dissolve 1 tbsp Organic Spirulina Powder and 2 tbsp Enhanced Collagen Vitality into 1/2 cup of warm water
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until fully smooth
- Pour mixture into popsicle mold
- Put in freezer overnight
- To remove from molds, run the bottom of the mold under hot water until pops pull out easily
- Remove all pops from mold and put them on a layer of parchment paper in the freezer to enjoy anytime!
