It is also known for helping reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis, and contains beta-carotene, which helps support eye health and night vision. The high naturally occuring chlorophyll content means it’s can also support with natural detoxification.
Since it is so rich in iron and protein, spirulina can also aid in red blood cell production and muscle repair within the body. The high protein content can also help stabilize blood sugar when taken between meals.

This may show as a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, red, itchy, and watery eyes and swelling around the eyes. Be proactive with your allergies and get spirulina into your daily supplement routine!
Q: Is your product tested heavy metals? A: Our product is tested for all heavy metals and passes all applicable parameters set by Healthy Canada.
Q: What is the difference between Organic Spirulina and conventional Spirulina powder? A: Organic spirulina has to be cultivated and processed according to organic standards. The supplier has to set up a quality management system as well as quality control and traceability systems according to organic standards. Conventional spirulina undergoes the same process but the farm and USDA or PACS do not certify the finished product. The conventional product is also subjected to herbicide and pesticide tests. Results of these tests are all within the high standard limits set by health Canada.

Yes the smell is overwhelming but it’s great with smoothies. I also make a drink with a table spoon of Spirulina, one lemon squeezed, knob of ginger graded and a tablespoon spoon of honey. Add water and blend. Delicious

Strong odour, but easily fixed.
The stench of this product is overwhelming, however, I mix it with my fruit smoothies (banana, mango, berries and beets) on the daily which helps with the smell. You can hardly taste it. Don't let the smell put you off lol.
My only concern is that I'm still unable to find the proof of testing/results that show this product is free from heavy metals and other potential contaminants. Seeing the data is what I'm looking for. Once I get my hands on that info, I'll make this a solid staple in my diet.
