Echinacea extract helps to fight off infections, especially those of the upper respiratory tract.

Zinc & vitamin C provide extra immunity and protection, as well as support in healing. 

Magnesium, sodium and potassium are the electrolytes... essential minerals your body needs to keep you hydrated and keep the body's needs in balance.

INGREDIENTS: Elderberry extract, Echinacea purpurea extract, Natural elderberry flavour, Natural lemon flavour, Citric acid, Magnesium citrate, Potassium citrate, Natural strawberry flavour, Red beet powder, Natural orange flavour, Ascorbic acid, Stevia extract, Natural monk fruit flavour, Zinc citrate.

Add 1 scoop (6 g) into 500 mL of water, and stir well.

Q: How much Elderberry and Echinacea is there per serving? 
A: Elderberry (fruit): 1.3 g per serving.  Echinacea (root) extract 4:1: 900 mg; equivalent to 3600 mg per serving. 

Q: Can I mix it into hot water? 
A: Mixing with hot water may interfere with some of the health benefits, however, it can most definitely be enjoyed as a hot or warm beverage. 

Q: Can this product be taken daily or long term? 
A: This is hard to answer as everyone’s underlining health issues are different. It is possible for individuals to be able to take this every day and for others only in moderation.
