Vitamin D deficiency is one of the root causes of a number of chronic conditions including heart disease, cancer, stroke, depression osteoarthritis, and more.
Sunlight, the best source of Vitamin D has been avoided due to concerns that sun exposure contributes to skin cancer, however, research shows that survival rates from melanoma can actually be improved with safe exposure to sunlight. Organika's Vitamin D3 offers an alternative to sunlight exposure.

Q: What Vitamin D3 should I take: 1000 IU or 2500 IU?
A: The difference between 1000IU and 2500IU of Vitamin D3 is the dosage. Based on Health Canada’s recommendation for Vitamin D, it is up to you which Vitamin D3 Organika® product to take. For example if you are taking 5000IU a day, you can take either 5 drops of the 1000IU product, or 2 drops of the 2500IU product. It is always recommended to speak with your health practitioner to get a clear understanding of how much Vitamin D you should take in a day. For most children under 10 it is recommended to take 1000 IU a day and for this reason the 1000IU product would make sense.

What is the source of cholecalciferol in this product?
I have read that cholecalciferol is formed naturally in the skin when exposed to sunlight, is present in certain fish and eggs, and is also commercially made from lanolin washed from lambs' wool. What is the source of cholecalciferol that is in this product.

So easy to take it
So easy to take it , I am sure my next blood test will be better . Doctor wanted me to get injections . I was very deficient In vitamins D and B .
