INGREDIENTS:

- 12 oz hot water
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Italian spice mix
- 1/2 celery, chopped
- 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 1/2 cup rotini pasta, cooked
- 1-2 bay leaves, add while steeping
DIRECTIONS
